You may cancel any order for a full refund at any time before analyst work has started. Email orders@airaios.com with your order number.
Once an analyst has begun work, refunds are assessed case by case against the work already performed and the documented scope. We will always tell you where your order stands before responding to a refund request.
If a delivered report materially fails to cover the scope you purchased, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct the report or refund the affected portion.
We do not refund on the basis that the findings were unfavourable. AIREx sells analysis, not a guaranteed outcome, and preliminary findings always require independent professional verification.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider.
