AIREx (“AIREx”, “we”, “us”) provides property intelligence software and analyst-reviewed research reports. These Terms govern your use of the AIREx website, platform and report products.
Preliminary intelligence only. Zoning, title, ownership, development capacity, market value, engineering, legal, tax, environmental, and financial conclusions require independent professional verification.
“AIREx Certified Opportunity™” is AIREx's own reviewed intelligence product. It is not a government, legal, engineering, appraisal, survey, or zoning certification, and it does not substitute for one.
Report prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; AIREx does not store your card details. An order is only accepted once our payment provider confirms payment to us. Work begins after that confirmation.
You confirm that you are permitted to request analysis of the property you submit, and that the information you provide is accurate. You must independently verify any finding before relying on it for a transaction, filing, financing or construction decision.
Reports are licensed to you and your organization for internal decision-making. You may not resell, republish or redistribute reports as a standalone product without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIREx's aggregate liability arising from a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. AIREx is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or development costs.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date on this page.
